    Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully before ordering any products from us. You should understand that by ordering any of our products you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Canada and the laws of the Province of Alberta.

    By placing an order with us you agree that you are over sixteen years old, or that you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us.

    The following Terms & Conditions shall apply to all orders.

    Personal Information

    Any personal information you provide us will only be used to complete your order, unless otherwise specified. We will not use your information in any other way unless you have specifically given us permission to do so. Your information will not be shared with third parties.     Force Majeure

    Events outside of the control of Paradise Skis Inc. or which are not reasonably foreseeable, shall be considered force majeure. This may include government action or omission, new or amended legislation, conflict, embargo, fire or flood, sabotage, accident, war, natural disasters, strikes, lack of delivery from suppliers, or government decisions that affect the market and product negatively. In such instances, Paradise Skis Inc. will be released from all obligations to fulfill contractual agreements.

    Payment

    All products remain the property of Paradise Skis Inc. until full payment is made. By placing an order with us, you agree that you are over 16 years old, or you have permission from a parent/guardian to purchase products from us. The applicable price is that set at the date on which you place your order. Shipping and payment costs are recognized before confirming the purchase. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill an order, an exchange for a product(s) of equal or higher value will be offered, alternatively the customer may opt for a full refund instead.

    All payments made on paradiseskis.com are handled by third party dedicated gateways. We do not store or have access to your payment information. All payment information is handled over SSL encryption.

    Local Taxes

    For all shipping destinations, we ensure that sales taxes, import duties and fees are included in the final sale price. Local charges (i.e. customs duty, etc.) may apply however, depending on your region, and these additional charges are at your own expense. 

    Intellectual Property Rights

    Using paradiseskis.com gives you no rights to any copyright or intellectual property relating to the content of the site. All copyright is protected under national and international law. Any content from paradiseskis.com can only be reproduced or distributed with explicit permission from Paradise Skis Inc.

    If, at our request, you send certain specific submissions (for example contest entries) or without a request from us you send creative ideas, suggestions, proposals, plans, or other materials, whether online, by email, by postal mail, or otherwise (collectively, 'comments'), you agree that we may, at any time, without restriction, edit, copy, publish, distribute, translate and otherwise use in any medium any comments that you forward to us. We are and shall be under no obligation (1) to maintain any comments in confidence; (2) to pay compensation for any comments; or (3) to respond to any comments.

    Limitation of Liability

    In no event will we or our directors, employees, agents, vendors or suppliers be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damage, including lost profit, lost revenue, loss of data or other damage arising from your use of paradiseskis.com, even if you have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

    Additional Information

    Paradise Skis Inc. reserves the right to amend any information, including, but not limited to, prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and product offers, without prior notice. In the event of a product selling out, Paradise Skis Inc. has the right to cancel the order and refund the amount paid. We will do our best to notify the customer of equivalent replacement products, if available.
